Roller bending offers the ideal solution for various bending concepts. Just click on to the individual data sheets for the solution you require.
Ring Bending
A two-dimensional bending method for round and rectangular tubes, circular materials, flat materials (horizontal and vertical), angled materials, T- and U-shaped materials. Three bending rollers are used, with radii above 4 or 5 x D. A deformation of the cross section occurs depending on bending radius and geometry of the item.
Special rollers (tooling) are either in stock or can be produced to match the material used (tubes, etc.) – please see the tooling list.
The required geometry of the component is programmed into the system's software and transferred online to the machine. The method allows for simplified repeat orders. The machine will then carry out fully automated bending processes for single runs or for series production.
Curvature Bending
As per Ring Bending, however using different bending angles and radii in various sequences (such as basket bending, 180º bends with straight ends, etc).
The required geometry of the component is programmed into the system's software and transferred online to the machine. The method allows for simplified repeat orders. The machine will then carry out fully automated bending processes for single runs or for series production.
Spiral Bending
Bending round tubes, round materials, flat materials used horizontally or vertically (including stair contours). Precise, three-dimensional spatial forms result by using three bending rollers with radii from 4 to 5 x D. Deformation of the cross section occurs depending on bending radius and geometry of the item.
The required geometry of the component is programmed into the system's software and transferred online to the machine. The method allows for simplified repeat orders. The machine will then carry out fully automated bending processes for single runs or for series production.
Tooling List
Tooling is available for roller bending tubes and solid shapes in numerous materials, whether round or rectangular in cross section.

Rectangular cross sections of Material Height (nominal dimensions) 3 mm to 100 mm (larger on request) x Material Width (select as required) x Wall Thickness (for hollow items) can be bent as per special requests (spiral bending also possible for smaller dimensions).
The spiral bending process can be used on wide strip steel for producing spiral staircase contours on special request.
