The company Edelstahl-Schmitt, with its current 3 facilities, has been one of the most important metal-processing companies in Germany for 50 years.
With the certifications according to ISO 9001, EN 15085-CL1, EN 1090-2, DIN 6701-2/A4 as well as the Schmitt-Bending Centre, one of the largest bending centres in East Germany, the company has been a long-term, listed partner and supplier of the following industries:
Rail vehicle and automotive industry, construction industry, interior constructions, ship building industry, energy industry, mechanical engineering and container construction as well as other industries and many architectural offices.
In the pipe-bending centre as well as in the welding department many materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and black steel are processed.
We offer services range from manufacturing components as well as contract manufacturing, serial production and world-wide installation services but also production of prototypes.
